Shopping Services

We would initially visit to conduct a face-to-face, and (or) virtual individualised assessment to ascertain and understand all your needs, with a view to providing you a bespoke package of care tailored according to your needs

We also provide a 24-hour telephone helpline to respond to emergencies and urgent queries

We can also provide a Laptop to our Live-in care staff to enable easy communication with family members who would like to be in contact with their loved ones
